helemaal bedankt mannen,
the north is fine, but for me Zeeland is less than two hours to drive and worth for daytrips.
I don't look for any kind of courses. On the one hand I always was disapointed after a kayak course because of too less content and a too less skills of other participants. Only exception: Personal trainer.
On the other hand a course isn't what I'm looking for. It's not my spirit. I want to paddle and get some skills in nautic-maps etc by doing it. And this in a safe way, means not (only) as an autodidact. (btw: If anybody wants the same in whitewater- you're welcome, the Rur is my homespot).
When I want to do this? The whole year, basically the weekends. Hollidays are reserved for whitewatertrips, in winter there's water in the Eifel-rivers. In general there's no bad weather, as long as the water isn't covered with ice.
Big rivers like Rhine and Maas is no problem at all, I'm used in it.
My friend just rounded Elba and told that it was nice, but not exiting.
Bedankt voor uw hulp,
Thomas
edit: Dank uw for the agenda, I'll contact the kano club zeeland.
